Draven Rework Change Idea

Okay so everybody is hating on Draven cuz they think hes a easy champion ( get a reality check) and ive watched a video some time ago and Greg Street says that Riot wants melee ADC to popoff but they just cant do it. So i have an idea what about Draven rework. Since everybody is crying about him being too op make his q a skillshot in straight line and if u hit it bounces off like normal basic and if u miss it rolls back doing dmg like ult but rly small hitbox but still collectable when it goes back. And make his basics melee so that his q can deal good amount of dmg while being still fast with w being what it is with good movement. It would rise a skillcap of adc and make Draven to be most skilled adc once again.
