nerf the mark spell

It should have no shorter CD than flash, and it should do no damage.

another post complaining about this mark spell, i love commenting on all of these. atleast yours isnt just "omg its shit, remove rito, you idiots." or my fucking favorite "im leaving because of this spell, bye rito." like who the fuck cares you're leaving xD. also (no dont read this as being rude) just dodge the spell or something, dont stand next to minions or teammates that are hit. Don't take the spell. The games are still fair, ive played against a team with 2 tanks and some poke and a darius and we still won with no tanks. (4 melee 1 poke). The game type is fine you just have to know how to coordinate with your team. (and the cd and range should be nerfed and cant dash to minions, ty pls).
