Riot promised that we would have a Blind Pick queue with the new champ select! Where is it?

In this link Riot talks about the new champ select that they implemented in the draft pick queue on the legacy client and they said they would do the same with the blind pick queue. Im still waiting almost 2 years for it Riot and we (the players that enjoy playing blind pick) still don´t have what you said. While that i have to get into a queue wheres is only toxicity where the system of getting into a game is toxic AF. Pls Riot do something about Blind Pick theres so many people that enjoy that queue and we really want less toxicity in it like you did with draft queue.
