We can finally put tent on top/mid once 1st clear is finished because jungle creeps won't be worth the time.

It's funny. All that needed to happen was give lanes more vision early. You didn't have to change jungle whatsoever.
Giving everyone ONE EXTRA WARD at spawn that lasts 1 minute longer and is a one time use item would have cured multiple issues and been easy to remove or tune if it was OP.
Benefits:
-People see Level 2 ganks coming better -Players are still responsible for being aware, so Riot is absolved if people don't use the tool
