Does Cleansing an Exhaust as Katarina Mid-Ult Stop the Channel

just open a custom game and test it near a bot. walk up to him, ult and immediately cleanse. you dont need to actually be exhausted to know if cleanse affects the ult channel. you already know that it removes exhaust.
