Loot Box Rewards

So, I read in the update, that the lootbox system was going to be worked on a little. As in if you open 10 boxes and all ten boxes have common skin shards then ur chances of getting a more rare skin is increased. Well I've opened maybe 25 boxes since Christmas.... I've barely even gotten an epic skin shard xD
