's E passive procs when units die to the bolts from 
Seems like it would be pretty nice.
As an added thought, do the bolts also proc her E's ramping damage?

I would think that the E passive explosion does proc from hurricane bolts, but I don't know for sure. I've never seen that particular interaction happen, but I've also never looked close enough. I do know, however, that her E's ramping damage does stack from the hurricane bolts. For this reason, I usually build hurricane on her.
Unless patched, they do.
But the bigger thing is almost any Marksman can Hurricane. Some just get more benefit than others.
2 Seasons ago you'd never see it on Cait or Ashe, now both use it in Pro Play.
The crazy thing is, (again, unless patched) Graves already gets Multiple Projectiles... and Runaan's works with him as well.
The thing with Runaan's is simply to have a greater impact on Team Fights if you can't maneuver to the Weak Targets... so you just fill the Front Line and what ever the other two Bolts hit with Attacks. People use to say you lost 1v1 Potential with Hurricane... but it's a huge AS% so that wasn't always true.
Mostly 'Caster Marksman' like Ezreal and Lucian won't get Runaan's, as they will Auto Attack much less thus making it Wasteful, but if you are Right Click Gung Ho, it can and will work.
