Guinsoos Azir!??!

Recently, champions such as Jax becoming insanely OP with the item Guinsoo's Rageblade, i was just thinking of other possible champions that would work really well with the item. I was thinking someone like Azir but i am not sure how his soldiers would react with the on-hit "Guinsoo's Rage" passive that boosts the DMG of the auto in AOE. I think that his soldier autos stack the item, but am not sure if the item is a worth buy on him as the AD part of the item seems to go to waste because of his soldiers completely scaling off of AP.
