Why did Riot do this?

Just to make it so difficult to land the skillshots? The old one was pretty simple a bit easier to land. Now you have to squint your eyes to see the enemy and be lucky to 1 or 2 little ults on a tiny teemo running or an adc with good movement speed.

It's pathetic.

It's no different than his old ult, the animation just makes it look harder to land than it should be.
