Champions that need nerfs

go figure a rework abonimation yet again
just a little less Q damage, or make life steal not apply to bonus Q damage, just anything to make him not able to monkey into a 1v2 and come out alive

Many of these champions don't need direct nerfs, they abuse items and runes . As a Lux main, I don't think she needs nerfs, but as much as her ult reset is fun, it's not fun to play against.
