Queuing up Primary Jungle/Secondary Support, there is almost a 0% chance I will ever play Jungle

this isn't true though? i main the same roles and i get an even mix.

My last three games, I went as Support/Fill, and I got jungle, top and mid. I think it should shake out more as DQ goes on.

a suggestion, as top is a coveted position, perhaps if you place that as your secondary, you will have a similar role but less likely to have jungle stolen?

support is a priority thing...in the old team builder, some people would kick you for using off-meta supports even if they were just a weaker support like nunu or heimerdinger, etc

I tend to agree.

I had to stop queuing jungle/support because I would never get jungle.
