Taliyah's Seismic Shove (W)

I've briefly been playing Taliyah and I've wondered how other people feel about how her seismic shove when it comes to controlling it.

I feel like it's supposed to cause big damage when used with the unraveled Earth (E) ability, but is missing the fluidity or flow between the two skills because you're unable to use other spells while using her seismic shove. It feels like it would work a lot better if it was like Rumble's ultimate with the click-and-drag mechanic that allows him to still use his other abilities while it's being used.

It would be interesting to see what Riot's designers think of her seismic shove and if it was supposed to stop her other abilities from casting while in use.
