Like they obviously are. I just got in promos first game I get a 3/15 bot lane, the 0/8/4 senna being level 31, and in the second game I get a smurf duo on the enemy team who mains a champion that counters mine diving me at level 3 and completely stomping the game, next game after that when I'm no longer in promos the enemy team has their chinese nunu with ghost cleanse die twice top lane to me then leave.
Shits getting kinda old.

I intentionally Failed all but 1 Promo by using lobby dodge and climbed from B1 to S1 by skipping divisions by keeping the WR high. The MMR and Rank got to close in Silver 1 so I ended up playing the Promo series which took me all of 1 attempt.
When, exactly, is it supposed to screw me over?
