Please consider this insanely important issue regarding high elo climb and how to address it

Win trading in high mmr is a huge problem in league of legends and this issue needs utmost attention.

Any thoughts guys, I will try to bring this to attention to some challenger players when my bro started queuing up. Edit: the mods here have deleted the more specific references and justfication for the importance of this issue in order to take attention away from the flaws and make it seem perfect? I love league and Riot and I want it to become even better, please do not ignore this issue!
