New LeaverBuster System

I think the new leaverbuster system is all grand and stuff but sometimes I lose connection, eg internet cuts out, power cut (i live in Thailand so it happens a lot). So lets say i loose connection for a couple of minutes because my internet cuts out for a second. I join the game in less then 5 mins and the enemy team doesn't gain any advantage, so why do i have to wait 20 mins!!?!??!?! They have to change that, there should be a timer of some sort to fix that because it happens a lot.

As well as this if I am in a party with my friends and I am in a low priority queue we normally go do something for the 20 mins to waste time, but sometimes we leave our computer and we take too long and someone misses the queue. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO STRAIGHT IN FOR THAT. Especially if we start the queue again straight away. I hate afkers whether they are on my team or not it just makes the game unfair and not fun, and i understand that afking is not acceptable in league and riot having strict rules about afking is good and i like that. But i am not doing anything wrong when I leave for less then a minute.... (I am bad so the minute farm i miss, i would probably miss anyway)
