Elise

Hey guys i tried to play elise in jungle and she is not bad you know like every other jungler,but it makes me sad that Elise can no more play top,her main role used to be top lane,last game i tried her on top lane and i got destroyed by pantheon,i couldnt even farm normally,i want to know can elise again be buffed to be top laner? it doesnt have to be some big buff,maybe some little change to her q like mana cost or coldown or anything that will sligtly improve her to become top laner again. i want to learn her and i want to main her, i find her really funny to play,In my opinion she is the one of the hardest champs to learn in League and i hope she can be updated somehow,she is out of meta for a long time.
