Suggestion for URF change to please those who don't like ARURF

Bring back regular URF where u can pick what champs you want but cannot play the same champ for every 10 games. i.e. if I pick I can't play him in URF for the next 9 matches of URF I play. Lets players pick what champs they want without as much repetition of the same broken champs every match.
