Ult timers
I know there are the green dots on the left side of the screen to show your teammates ults are ready, why not give it a timer? Not with numbers but a clockwise motion timers that items get when on cooldown. Just a suggestion~

I think this would be a great, small addition to the game that would potentially do wonders for team communication and coordination. +1
I agree, greendot is getting old. Perhaps with the summoners rift update they could add a new timer for team mates ult. Maybe even a ult bar, like how the health bar is.
I think that it would be good to have a timer, but it could also work to fill the circle like a clock, depending on how much time is left.
Either way, good idea.
I would expect Riot to make it so that your teammates can see your ultimate cooldown time because of their new focus on clarity.
Indeed, it's a pain having to ask your teammate the remaining CD on their ult. Perhaps as they did with jungle timers, exact cooldown numbers can be provided on the stats menu. Whilst items will tell you of their full CD while hovering over them, it's a lot more difficult to keep track of 120 ults and their CDs at each rank. Eventually, with all the clarity changes progressively being made, in-game may provide as much info regarding your own team as a spectator receives, without the time-delay of course.
Definitely! The new addition to the timers instead of the green dot will acquire you to look at the screen more instead of the bottom screen all the time to see the chat log and everything else. In all sense, it makes the game more fun and attractive.
There can get to point where there is too much on the screen or too much to focus on at one time. If it was on a tab like the Jungle timers, then yeah, I'd like it.

I think It would lead to many misunderstandings. Plus I do not think that one player should see cooldown of another.
