Ranked match (solo/duo), 4v5 with our Support AFK from the start. Team refused to remake.

Hello,

I recently played a match of ranked solo/duos, our support never connected, and as the match hit the 3 minute mark, I started up the remake vote. The rest of the team declined after our midlane convinced them not to remake. Is this a reportable offense?
