I'm very new to this game and I've been playing adc with my level 30 friends as a level 11 I haven't been doing to bad as I've been getting ratings like B but we do lose quite a bit but I feel like it is balanced out with some victories. Let me get to the point... I started out as a one trick pony with ashe and played her till level 10 when I started playing sivir also an adc champion I notice that I'm really bad with any melee champions and imput on what I should do because when I'm stuck playing something other than adc with a range champion we just get shit on because I just feed my lane, top. Is there any other champion (ranged) in the positions as maybe support or top. I really need a champion that's is ranged because I just feed and I really don't like doing so. Therefore can someone tell me any ranged champions for support and or mid??? I'm in desperate need to get good quick to catch up to them.

one of my friends just started playing and he is the same way, can only play garen. It's a pity but i think soon he will get used to new champs. Honestly, my advice is to play free week champs. I know it's fun to win, but especially early levels because you havent done ranked. The more you play, the better you get at picking up champs, rn, you go back to being a league virgin when you pick someone new.

The thing that is special about adc, is the fact their autos are their main dmg. I'm personally of the mindset that you should play random free week champs until you start getting used to trying new things. You have to branch out to learn other mechanics. But I would try Urgot , he is used more mid/top even though he is an adc, but he a caster compared to ashe, who is attack reliant mostly.

apart from that Kennen : ranged, has cc, AP based is the best thing i can think of

but try new champs, it's what i did. I mained several things in early levels. Started with diana, then anivia, sivir, warwick, it moved around. Be fluid, you have time to grow.

Adc's in other lanes? Try what the Chatillon dude said. Try whatever's free until you get all the basics, then specialize on one role. I did that with support. If you are set on adc's though, Varus mid, Quinn top, and (i know he's not an adc but he's ranged and really safe) Teemo top are ok. Teemo is a good beginner champ too. I'd definitely invest the 1350 IP to get him. Easy to play and pretty safe.
