I have a PROJECT Zed Skin shard blueprint and 10/11 PROJECT cores, what other ways can I obtain them without using real money.

You can't obtain any more cores.

None, and I'm not sure if you can still buy those project crates once you can sell the cores for orange essence.

You can't. The Project event ended on the 16th (Tuesday).

You can't get any more. That event is over.
