New lucian build, the 12 shot Korean build

So this build starts off with the start off of the Korean lucian build and so it goes like this: Doran 1 hp potion (on first back and you cant get one of the main 2 items for ghostblade get culling) then get ghostblade, Black cleaver, the cdr boots, bloodthirster, THEN the two last items thee items that MAKE this the 12 shot build is runans then rageblade and why? because runans = 3 shots and lucian passive shoots 2 times so thats 6 shots plus if u get rageblade up u can shoot 12 shots in basically one go
