**Summary: ** Fiddle still playable at/below plat. Not viable on higher elo.

1. higher elo is I OWN YOU or YOU OWN ME. Early mid game especially important. Magus is extreamly gold efficient, without it, the early game is very though. Considering fiddlesticks is almost countered by every single other jungler, usually u will never want to 1 vs 1 anyone. Nerf to magus will make his early ult-ing power so weak. Watch PRO game at all? Pro game junglers are usually 2-3 levels behind mid lane and don't farm much at all because presence at early game skirmishes makes or breaks a game. That means you will not want to farm much in early game, which contradicts with requirement to farm up. Needless Large rod is 1600 gold. You will never want to farm straight up for that.
2. Fiddle is a post 6 - mid game champion. Late game on even gold status and with higher elo player awareness of fiddle, ult-ing is extremely hard, especially considering the tank jungler meta where sight stone on jg and yellow trinket upgrade will virtually place a ward on every visible area of the map.

My temporary build path thoughts:

1. Stalker's blade (for 30g farming bonus)
2. Feidish Codex (10% cd, 30AP)
3. Blasting wand, or Large Rod (if extremely ahead)
4. Morellonomicon (20% cd, 80AP, same stats as Magus) Much less gold efficient, that's huge nerf for sure

Riot Riot mention about fiddle skipping jg items? That sucks because 30g farming bonus is huge over time.
