I don't know, but someone in pregame chat said that it takes up to 5 mins. I tried in a custom 1v1 me vs. bot. Yeah, you just have to wait, but in PVP matches, too many people might leave before it can start.

you cant fix it. this happened almost 2 months ago, and they just shut down league for a few hours [zombie-brand-clap]

This is only happening in Ranked Queues as far as I know

well there ya go, they disabled ranked queues because of that.

yeah, I have been waiting 30 min nothing happening but I'm in promos so I don't want to dodge...... :(
