The upcoming Ryze rework!

Stop it.

He gets at least one rework per year, sometimes two. Just stop it. Take the RRD ("Ryze Rework Division") and put them to work on the other neglected and forgotten champions like Yorick.

The RRD is obviously constantly working, because they pump out Ryze reworks like nobody's business. Stop. Redirect the RRD to champions that need it more.

While you're at it, release a balanced version of original (I think?) Ryze; the one that had AP-scaling magic damage auto attacks.
