Ranked AFKS

I feel as if there needs to be a bigger punishment for afks. Way to many people in my games afk and and dont really get anything but a slap on the wrist. Counterstrike has it right, not saying we need 7 days for first offense but maybe something like a few hours and then gradually get worse?!?!? i am sure plenty of people are fed up with afks as i am. Do something about this crap

The biggest problem they have is distinguishing between afk and dc. Unless you are suggesting that they penalize them the same
