Champion gold per kill needs nerf

I just feel like kills should be worth around 200 gold to balance out the feeding that goes on in league every singe game i play. Lowering the amount of gold given will make playing around the map more key to even fed champions. right now it feels like people are getting super fed off lane and just powering to inhibs with little to no map pressure. I just want to know if anyone feels the same?
