Old/Removed Items for Customs

Probably been mentioned before, and many times at that, but what I'd (and maybe many others) love is for an option in custom games to 'enable all items' mode where you can play SR, TT, HA whatever with all items in the shop, more specifically including old items and substantial versions of current items (like old Banshee's and Abyssal Sceptre, etc).

• One common argument is: 'Customs with removed items will be unrepresentative of normals/ranked' - Which shouldn't matter since its an option rather than default, and I personally think the thought that customs are exclusively practice for normals/ranked etc is simply untrue. Customs are inherently for fun, maybe to kill time, maybe to play with a group of 6-10 friends, etc. People do exist who will buy skins AND play mostly customs/co-ops so it shouldn't be an afterthought mode for new players IMO.

• Another argument is: 'There's so many iterations of each item it'd be unreasonable for everyone to agree on, or to include them all' - well many players don't agree on the game's current direction for one, there's only a good handful of bots but not all champs as bots, there's no old gamemodes for customs/coop like doom-bots permanently, theres no choice on major champion state after a rework (you can't play old Galio/Sion for example); so really just including either the last existed version of the item or the longest lasting iteration of the item would be fine generally speaking.

On a side note: I'd also like those old game modes for customs, more custom game options, AI for higher than intermediate, all AI champs available, pre-reworked versions for customs, etc ... but one step at a time I guess~ [slayer-jinx-catface]
