Udyr need real buff/rework lowering mana 5% changing how Q work is not helping, this champ is dead since one season now, and u keep adjust some champ each patch. udyr is not playable now clearing jungle even take a lot of time do something for his early game and try to focus on phoenix udyr, phoenix has way more option of build and playstyle
Udyr is one of those OG champs that has a dedicated playerbase, similar to Mundo/Nasus/Singed which is probably why they haven't touched him too much. Knowing Riot though, they will eventually.
He was far from dead during the Devourer meta. But yeah, he's pretty much a "only pick if you're already really good on him" champion at the moment.
Maybe when they actually update his model and animation to not look like he's time-traveled from 2001 games he would get his player base. I mean, at least make him to not look like he's wearing a trashbag would be a great start, or that his animation wouldn't look like the first attempt at visual effects.
