from my little test run with rammus his q is smooth even when colliding his ult gives some utility and great seiging potential but what his main problem isn't with his kit but his identity from what i have experienced he went from a full blown reflect tank to a majority on hit some what reflect tank grant his w and passive suck early game but late game if he gets to it destroys and his e is so and so

I wish the Q wasn't a Channel, and the W didn't slow as much. I'm alright with the slow, but I think it's a bit much.

Time2ConductEvil1 votesThe slow on W is really killing it for me. I mean, sure have it in there, just not 60%. If your laner doesn't pack the damage to kill your target, you sure as hell aren't compensating in any consistent way.
Siegfriedx1 votesI agree the slow is overwhelming, the second you use it you cant do anything unless your target is taunted. I mean a 60% slow for an ability that lasts 6 seconds....what are you supposed to do in that 6 seconds basically you do nothing. While your W is active you cant maneuver in team fights and you have 0 chance of dodging skill shots. Basically you are forced into deactivating the ability that gives you most of your tankiness which seems so counter intuitive the the champions identify...a tank.

His q is like a mobility assasin kinda thing to have? His ult makes him like a splitpusher? It just seems a bit all over the place
