Technically Taric is a male enchanter Hybrid, and his rework was only about 1 year ago.

Taric he gave health and passive armor to his ally. Not a flashy guy, but kinda miss that ult, He didn't have to be just a stun bot he could go top and do fine.

While Rakan is a Catcher, he, Ivern and Bard are also a secondary Enchanters.
