In my opinion, skarner is too strong right now. His kit and the new items allow him to be incredibly tanky, but also extremely mobile and dangerous in terms of high base damage. His new passive also gives him a large advantage when fighting for objectives like dragon and gives him strong jungle control. I just think he's way overtuned.

LilxPaprika1 votesa lot of it lies in devourer. i hope their rework doesnt factor devourer into account. id rather they instead fix devourer as oppose to try to mold champions such that they arent broken with it.
the item is inherently too synergistic
