Reporting me as a group

Hey all. Sorry if this has been posted before, or if it's against forum guidelines.

Rumble insults a teammate, LeBlanc. I said, "not cool dude." They ignore me - She insults him back. This insulting banter keeps happening all game.

At the end of the game, I explain to Rumble why I couldn't help him 2v2 the enemy Brand and Yi (because Yi would outplay us like he always has this game).

Rumble trash-talks me, blames my skill. Whatever. I told him that I found his attitude all game uncool and I will report him for it.

Then he and his friends (whom they all insulted each other) said, "We're all friends. You're the one getting banned."

Question 1) What can I do in this situation? Is this fair?

Question 2) Does the auto-ban bot have more integrity than: "If this guy got reported more than 3 times in a game, ban him" ?

Question 3) How do I grab chat logs from that game? While I personally don't think I stood out as toxic, I might be biased & oblivious since I'm the one saying it. I wouldn't mind sharing it, asking the public what they think, and then learning from that.

Honestly, I'm just exhausted from getting banned for minor things. Either I would say something I shouldn't have (I've since fixed that - I understand the punishment and have learned) or I would just be in a room where everyone loves each other except me, and I make one misplay and they all decide to report me. What can I do if I feel like the people reporting me are unjustified? -Or should I not be worried, because an unjustified report wouldn't be caught by the Auto-Bot, or any humans?
