the new status icon placement is annoying, so here are some solutions

Moving the buff bar to the lower left by the champ details is obnoxious. I never look at the lower left corner of my screen while in combat. I use it to check stuff while out of combat or while farming. So, possible solutions are (but are not limited too) the following: (this is the constructive part, up there was the criticism part)

1. Have buffs or items whose duration/CD exceeds 30 seconds in the corner by your character (so red and blue, auras, and other things that aren't going away soon, long cd items like GA or Zhonyas). When they drop below 30 seconds left (or 30 second cd before they have an active charge), move them to the center, this not only makes them more visible but brings attention to them and says THIS IS ALMOST GONE!!!!! or YOU CAN USE THIS NOW/SOON!!! by being there.

2. Put everything back in the middle, keep the active items there too.

3. Allow personalized UI (we can move UI parts around the screen as we feel we want it.)

4. Do something cool (will edit in other good suggestions i see)
