Pantheon rework soon please? (Would love to have a chat someone from the balance team for top lane)

This champion named pantheon has been honestly super unfun to face in top lane and i feel as if nothing is going to be done about it unless someone says it. He makes the laning phase super unfun for almost the majority of melee laners top lane as he just pokes down opponents with little to no counterplay. How is getting poked endlessly by spears and getting in danger from all ins just by stepping up to farm, a healthy lane champion to face? Can you guys please explain this to me. I'm a grandmaster player so i hope at least sure some of what i have to say is credible. PLEASE CAN YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CHAMPION SOON I BEG. He isn't popular enough so there isn't many people complaining about this champ but please at least listen to my frustrations. This champ has been like this for years and still nothing has been changed. Unhealthy gameplay for years, I don't understand. Please look into this as it is just frustrating.
