recently while playing Azir I've noticed the 15% bonus health scaling on his E isn't there anymore, at least not on the tooltip.
Did they nerf his E again? or is this unintentional?

It didnt add anything to his kit and was kind of superfluous to begin with. Azir isnt meant to build RoA after all.

And it makes him extremely broken and oppressive, so they nerfed him for it.

or that is what i think, idk, i haven't kept track of azir lately.
