can we discuss why does illaoi have no cc and why she can't cancel her E animation with her ult it takes so long to hit and she gets super low hp after she pulls the spirit and the slow on vessel champion does not count as a cc its just a slow it can be stoped plz riot do somthing we want the animation of E quicker or a knockup or stun with her ult
