surrender at 20

so i was playing unranked pvp and my team was such noobs that i could do anything enemys where ace-ing us as soon as one of us respawns we couldnt do anything you could add some system that would see if thats the case and your team cant do anything and would allow you to surrender sooner because we had to wait 7 more minutes before enemy destroyed our nexus so i could have already started a new match and save up some time. so why cant you surrender sooner?
