Ornn nerfs

Unless your top laner can get their ornn pretty behind, you're screwed. I'm being forced to perma ban him now with champs like Ezreal or Malzahar being opened still because of all this stuff that needs nerfs. Now before you call me some bronze 4 trash get good, hear me out. The damage he does is insane. Think of how unkillable a Maokai is, then add insane damage. That's Ornn. Here are examples of what I am talking about. In picture A, you can see their Lux is pretty fed whom you'd assume carried the game. But then look at the damage charts in picture B and see Ornn's damage as full tank. I really think he needs some damage nerfs on his W that's all. The shield, immune to CC during duration, and the health % damage it does to enemies. I only see some top laners being able to kill Ornn later on like Fiora or maybe a Kayn who goes Rhaast form with max cooldown reduction and Death Dance/Visage.
