Is Riot actually testing their game?

I don't mean this in an aggressive manner or anything, but given the amount of bugs that have a 100% reproducible rate lately, I have to honestly ask if Riot is QA'ing their patches anymore. The snowball / dash bug in ARAM should have been caught immediately. The scoreboard reordering issue on SR should have been caught immediately. These aren't bugs that happen randomly or need very specific scenarios to happen. They just... happen. Every single game. I'm glad we've had some response from Rioters that they're working on fixing the bug, but I guess my main issue is that the bug was pushed to production in the first place. If it was some obscure race condition type bug or something, I could understand it being missed, but these bugs showing up lately are there 100% of the time.

Again, not trying to call anyone out or get anyone in trouble, but some of the bugs that get through these patches that aren't "corner case" bugs is pretty discouraging.

They're just really letting themselves go, idk. They should probably hire Vandiril and a couple of his buddies to catch this stuff. Feels bad to see the gameplay in this kind of state looking at this dope ass new map. Never mind all the awesome stories and tales.

I have found after aiming abilities/summoners and releasing sometimes they just don't cast, this can be game changing.
