They took it away since it made him too safe early on. With the introduction of stopwatch, he was able to get a guaranteed ultimate escape pretty early into the game.

When Zonyas was the only source of that effect, it was warranted since it required his investment into that item chowing it over other core items or just getting access to that trick later on.

Now he can get a free stopwatch from runes, not much investment from his side needed and they didn't like it, hence why it got patched out.

What kind of action? Please go into as much horrific detail as you can, make clear that you mean the threat, it's not empty (if you want to do violence then send a picture with you and weaponry, if you want to hack then a video of you using the software used to achieve it, if you want doxing then name your intended targets, etc, etc...), then send you personal info, name, description and home address to Riot and your local police please.
