Constant Unbalanced Matchmaking.

So I literally am playing on my lv 15 account with my lv 30 unranked friend whos stats are very poor. I just played a game where my lv 20 bot lane went 3/17 combined and they had a plat 5 jungle volibear who went 14/0, and the highest level player on our team was a silver 2 teemo who didn't know how to leave top lane. I have two lv 30 accounts and i've played for over a year and I honestly am just sick of shit like this. Ive also played against multiple diamond players on the enemy team when we have a team of pure silvers. Want to explain how thats fun/how people have any chance to win when playing against people significantly better than them? (Any negative remarks/comments will not be read, because I dont use the forums often so fire away pussies)
