Aight I give up with trying to reform

I tried to reform, really did. 40th account because of being banned for toxicity, so I tried to pipe down on the toxicity. Literally 1 day into the account, 10 day chat restriction from 1 game. 2nd day, 25 game chat restriction, from only one game. Couple days go by, and I am now banned from 1 game again. I try to reform, and refrain myself from getting these punishments, but when Riot does it over one tilting game and over the smallest amount of flame, it makes not care. The first account I ever had lasted 4 months because I didnt want to get banned, then when it did get perma banned in mid Season 6, I decided to not care anymore and just be as toxic as I want. 39 accounts banned later, I realize its getting old smurfing and destroying nearly every game I come in from unranked-Diamond on a new account. So I piped the toxicity down as much as I could, and boom, 14 day ban from not 3, but just 1 tilting game. You also have to understand that being toxic, I had 3 inters that day, 1 because Ez took our junglers blue, 1 because our mid laner got ganked twice, and 1 because his duo didnt like his support so they both trolled. Yet I didnt say a toxic thing those games, but because Im talking back to Twitsted Fate who flames nonstop at me for Jax ganking him when we had vision of him legit walking to his lane each time from top to mid.

The main thing I dont understand with this shitty player system, is if youre gonna punish someone for toxic, then punish their chat. Toxic players are usually the ones who actually take the game seriously and want to win the game. But instead of punishing the one thing that would prevent them from being toxic, you instead add flame to the fuel by banning them and then we can start a new account. Its actually r%%%%%ed.
