Champ select trolls

I searched first and found many questions on this topic but no real answer.

I'd like to know what is being done in regards to champ select trolls. Specifically, TOPs that pick Nami just because I pre-selected her as a Support. Or ADCs who do the same. I mean, we all know when their goal is to just f*ck with you.

And then I have to dodge because the whole team is tilted at this point and they start "well then I'm going to -other lane than the one assigned-" or "well then i'm gonna feed" and it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk them into sense.
