Damage dealt to secondary targets reduced to 45/69/93/117/141 (+0.6 bonus attack damage) from 60/92/124/156/188 (+0.8 bonus attack damage). Patch 3.7

W [Living Shadow]

Cooldown reduced to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds from 22/20.5/19/17.5/16. Patch 3.6

Vision radius of the Shadow reduced to 700 from 1300. Patch 3.7

Missile speed reduced to 1500 from 2500. Patch 3.13

E [Shadow Slash] Damage reduced to 60/90/120/150/180 from 60/95/130/165/200. Patch 3.3

Hitting minions and monsters no longer reduces Living Shadow's cooldown. Patch 3.6

Cooldown increased to 4 seconds from 3. Patch 3.7

R [Death Mark] Travel duration increased to 0.75 seconds from 0.35. Patch 3.13

Zed now spawns the shadow at the cast location, instead of behind the target. Patch 3.13

Now has a 1 second cooldown before it can be reactivated to return to Death Mark's shadow. Patch 5.9

funniest part is after they cried and got him nerfed they kept calling him balanced or underpowered until he got popular again and rinse and repeat.

Hitting minions and monsters no longer reduces Living Shadow's cooldown. CDR on champions hit increased to 2 seconds from 1 second Patch 3.6

And also, Talon's patch history is full of nerfs with 2 buffs, one is to his base armor and one is to making his Cutthroat actually work. So what? Many nerfs in patch history doesn't tell anything about a champion's strength in a specific time span. All champion power is relative to power of other champions.

Could you set the changes up into a timeline with beginning values and change values? That would be a meaningful inspection of the patch adjustments. Additionally, I would like to know what your point is.
