I mean seriously, you are OK with Riven doing 3 Q and 2 AA in like 1-2 sec?
If there is something going to fix that right now, please at least give some hint. Give us hope. We need that to play your game right now.
If Riven loses her anim.cancelling she will become garbage lol.
She needs some sort of compensation buffs then.
And anim.cancelling is the only thing which keeps her in the game at the moment. It's a fact.
Getting rid of mechanics makes the game less skill based. I think it's fine to keep this the way it is
It makes her a harder champion and makes a simple kit more challenging, deleting this keyaspect of an already overnerfed champion would kill her viability ( she could use buffs ALREADY but thats another story), she would need HUGE buffs as compensation and would be an even bigger low elo nightmare. It would hurt good rivens and buff stupid silver scrub rivens, do you REALLY want that? No. People really should think once before they ask for something lol. W/e, its gameplay and balance, good threads are rare anyway, it just bothers me how stupid some ideas are..

Riot would rather call this animation cancel bug an intended feature rather than addressing the issue because they are scared of the backlash all the Riven "mains" would pile on them.
Why does everyone parrot "animation cancelling is unintended/an expoit" as though it's fact? Morello mentioned her ability to animation cancel before she was released and they've known about the ability to animation cancel forever due to the actual unintended nature of flash's interraction with Alistar's Q, and anyone else with a spell that can be cast simply by pressing the button with your cursor out of range.
Riven is based on fighting game mechanics, she has fighting game mechanics, and her animation cancels are not nearly as powerful as people pretend on these boards.
The only change that should be made is that it should be mentioned either in her tooltips or in her champion spotlight.
I just made a post about this yesterday it's titled buff riven for lawls but I completely agree because some players don't get it and if you don't u can't play her or against her and to me that's an unfair advantage
only the west coast riven mains with 15 ping would complain
