Why does Teemo blind work on a blind monk?

Because lee is a melee champion, and its a fantasy video game. You do not use logic in a fantasy base video game. Stop trying to change how teemo is played.

For the same reason you can Ignite Brand. Or why Syndra floating over Singed's glue still gets slowed. Or why Corki flying over Morganas pool still takes damage. Or why Zac, who consists solely of slime, takes damage from a bullet. Or why Anivia, an ice bird, gets slowed by Ashe's ice arrows. Or why Aurelion Sol, an almighty dragon god, can get killed by a minion. Or why Fizz can summon a Shark in a grass, not water. Or why Gragas can carry and drink a keg of alcohol, but Graves cannot have a cigar. Or why Lee Sin can expose hidden champions while being blind himself. Or why Malphite, who is made up entirely of stone, is taking damage from someone punching him with a fist. Or why Miss Fortune, who has 2 pistols, can shoot them full auto. Or why Nami's wave doesn't extinguish Brand entirely. Or why Nami can use water to heal Brand.
