Waiting 15 minutes for Team Builder Solution

Just a thought, but I think I have a solution for waiting such a long time for a team builder queue. What if whatever role is the most needed, aka usually support/jungle, have them receive a one game IP boost or a like 10% bonus on IP for that single game. Therefore, the person that maybe didn't even want to play the role will still receive a little extra IP for struggling through it persay.

Again, nothing will likely be done, but having to spend most of my time just waiting for a game is frustrating and I don't think I'm the only one.
