You got to be kidding me with those placements. Im around Gold player and right before the reset i was high silver 2 after the climb from the terrible placement before (got this account 1 month ago). I go 6/4 in placements after being in S2 and you put me in Bronze 1??? SHAME RIOT. YOU ARE KILLING THIS GAME!!!

Sythriel Draken1 votesIt's been proven that's not right in the placements. with that formula I should have been placed in silver 5 going 5-5 with the wins against people with an almost 2k mmr and the losses against that same mmr. it's a flaw in their dynamic que matchmaking

I highly doubt this is the case, but it is possible. I feel like if Dynamic queue had had major issues Riot would have already released a statement about it. Its certainly possible, but my thread is 100% accurate for every previous season. I did include as a bit of a disclaimer that Dynamic queue might have some even odder interactions, but the information contained in that post is the same as I have posted every season in response to these exact same questions and it has always been true before. Since Dynamic is now disabled its certainly true at the moment.
