Now can we prevent people from banning my pick intent, please?

No. Banning a champion that the last pick has PI'd if it's, say, Jax or Xin is a good reason for that ban. Trolls would just Pick Intent a champion for the sole purpose of preventing a ban, then NOT pick them. This would solve nothing.
